We’ve built multiple architectural homes with SABR, and each project has only strengthened my trust in them. From the very beginning, I always felt supported and genuinely looked after throughout the process. They think deeply about the build well before anything starts on site, which creates a calm and confident experience even on complex homes. What I appreciate most is how considered everything feels. Problems are anticipated, communication is clear and respectful, and decisions are never rushed. There’s a real sense that they care about both the outcome and the people involved, not just ticking boxes. Building can be overwhelming at times, but SABR brings structure, reassurance, and attention to detail that makes the whole journey feel manageable and positive.

SABR came in part way through our development to help with construction. At the time, we honestly thought we had it under control. It didn’t take the boys long to realise we didn’t. They did a full audit of where things were at and opened our eyes to how unstructured our approach was. Their depth of knowledge around what it actually takes to deliver a project of this size was honestly mind blowing. We handed over the reins pretty quickly and followed their guidance. They showed us where to invest money for the greatest return, handled international logistics, created detailed plans so we had clarity, and mapped out a clear path forward. In some cases that meant undoing work we’d already done, which was hard to accept, but necessary for the quality of product we want to produce. It’s been a challenging process, but the professionalism from the whole team has been incredible. The project isn’t finished yet, but I can honestly say we wouldn’t be where we are without them. We’re very grateful.
