They showed us where to invest money for the greatest return, handled international logistics, created detailed plans so we had clarity, and mapped out a clear path forward. In some cases that meant undoing work we’d already done, which was hard to accept, but necessary for the quality of product we want to produce. It’s been a challenging process, but the professionalism from the whole team has been incredible. The project isn’t finished yet, but I can honestly say we wouldn’t be where we are without them. We’re very grateful.
