They did a full audit of where things were at and opened our eyes to how unstructured our approach was. Their depth of knowledge around what it actually takes to deliver a project of this size was honestly mind blowing. We handed over the reins pretty quickly and followed their guidance. They showed us where to invest money for the greatest return, handled international logistics, created detailed plans so we had clarity, and mapped out a clear path forward. In some cases that meant undoing work we’d already done, which was hard to accept, but necessary for the quality of product we want to produce. It’s been a challenging process, but the professionalism from the whole team has been incredible. The project isn’t finished yet, but I can honestly say we wouldn’t be where we are without them.
